When accompanied by the original receipt, in original condition and in the original packaging, merchandise
purchased through sohoConcept may be exchanged or returned for store credit only within 2 days of delivery.
Every exchange or return must be pre-authorized by emailing us at [email protected] for USA and
[email protected] for CANADA. All the returns are subject to 30% restocking fee.
Those returns which are received and we have not pre-authorized will be subject to 40% restocking fee.
Non-stock items and special orders are not returnable. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective
merchandise we are unable to replace. Returns should be properly packed and sent at the customer’s expense,
to our closest warehouses either in NJ in USA and Mississauga in CANADA.
The actual cost of shipping item(s) to you will not be credited or refunded. Store credit is valid for one year from
date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within
2 days of delivery.
All items returned, refused or being held for damages in our warehouse will be held in our possession for 30 days.
Thereafter, they will be discarded or become property of Soho Concept, unless arranged otherwise within that time frame.
